Interim CIO – Energies de Loire (Sept 2024 – Dec 2024) - Led a large-scale digital transformation for a fast-growing photovoltaic company. Overhauled IT systems, implemented ITIL and COBIT governance, and introduced no-code/low-code and AI-driven solutions. Strengthened cybersecurity, optimized costs, and fostered a culture of innovation and upskilling.

IT Transition Manager – GEODIS (May 2022 – June 2023) - Oversaw global IT operations across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Drove DevOps transformation, managed a team of 30+, and ensured seamless service delivery in transport and supply chain.
